Bootstrapper now extracts zip entries manually with visible progress and logs the current file being extracted.

Bootstrapper first-install flow now installs directly without PowerShell finalizer and shows clearer post-download status.

Rename installer bootstrapper to A2Dil_Download.exe and embed the A2Dil icon.

Bootstrapper now shows a visible progress console while downloading, installing, and launching A2Dil.

Bootstrapper update. The exe now downloads and installs the full zip package automatically, so a lone exe can recover or install the app.

Fix tester update packaging. This release uses a recovery installer so existing updater clients can move from single-file builds to the working folder-based runtime.
